Ticket Email Catcher
We discovered the need for checking outgoing ticket replies when one of our own suppliers accidentally emailed us a response containing someone else's email address. That could have been a GDPR and Data Protection nightmare.
Email Catcher will actively check your ticket response text area for fragments of email addresses, both fully formed and with typos. It'll then alert you if an email has been found in your system that belongs to a different client.
