Grizzlyware is a small team which is built upon excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Our customers trust in us to deliver reliable software, which often powers the core of their business. As a member of our team you will have a big impact on the short and long term operations of Grizzlyware. We trust our team to work independently and own their work, and be willing to speak up when they think something could be done better.

As a small team, we build close relationships with our customers. We don’t send salesmen to quote for projects, we send the developers who will be building the application. This allows us to fully understand the requirements of the task and gain a fundamental understanding of the inner workings of our customer’s businesses. Because of this, our developers need to have good interpersonal skills, building a rapport with the customer. They must also be able to absorb and understand large quantities of information from site visits and effectively relay this to the rest of the team.
